Command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns is a start.

When this happened to me, I flush'd DNS, made sure nameserver server
is using was responding with correct IP (use a looking glass, like
http://looking-glass.optus.net.au), and restarted CFMX.

Should get you back on track.
