dont ask me what the difference is cause i have inhaled!

but u know what i have noticed that for some reason that actually doesnt really 
cache them to well, ok well maybe it does and what i am sayin is that i still 
put it as an include on most all the pages.

i just have a template like scripts.cfm that i put all the common  java stuff 
and just include it
