I use ActivePDF, it isn't free as in licenses, but ... it is far better
than any other product I have seen currently. This is the only product
which renders CSS layouts to PDF's (it uses the print preview of IE in
the background to create a PDF from) ... for now. Creating the PDF is
like using cfsavecontent, very easy and by settings you can fully
customize quality, security, embedded image quality etc.

HTMLDoc, sorry .. but that is stuff for the hobbyist. It is very
limited, the quality is poor, and the stability is terrible. 

With .NET we use ABCPDF, which seems to be good also, but for ColdFusion
currently, ActivePDF deserves my respect. It isn't expensive also.
