You might have already tried it, but there is a program called
Omigraph (or something like that - it has an odd name) it either came
with Xcode or was just on my Mac by default.

Should be in your /Applications folder. It works really well, it's a
native osx app. The only thing that sucks is it only exports to
graphics so it's no good when working on a multi user project with
people outside of osx.

I use on apps I work on by myself - it's a great app.
