The new partitioner is almost done, but there are still scenarios where it fails to correctly partition the document. I should have it working by early next week, then I'll need to release a debug build so people can test it out and see how many other things are broken as a result of the change.
Initial testing indicates that not too much stuff is badly broken because the partitioning wasn't actually being used to it's full extent.
