I do this all the time for these lists. Get a parsing script or the like (I use CFX_ODSMime and have written a pure CF version as well). 1. parse the mail into headers & body 2. If the headers are ok look at the body for specific information and/or formatting 3. enter the data into whatever storage medium you have.
