I typically run: Toad, DWMX, some online music streaming, IE, terminal service client, and CFMX on IIS, then of course all the crap they run on our machines here at work in the background. The machine is a 1.6gzh laptop with 1gb of ram and Win2k Pro. I have no lag time to speak of when switching in/out of DWMX except when there is some networking issues and one of the shares I connect to has dropped or is being slow to access.
