It's really much less a matter of revisiting i18n on CF5 than it is
allowing an app to use i18n on CFMX while having the same code run a
non-i18n app on CF5 -- when they upgrade to CFMX they can then easily
become i18n for multiple locales without any serious conversion
headaches. In theory anyway...
