You can send two seperate ones, no probs. Remember that these won't do
anything as long as the proxy has old versions in its cache, so you will
need to either 1) contact the proxy admin and have him flush the cache
of his proxy or 2) rename all your pages and links so that subsequent
requests are to uncached URLs.
