Those numbers are saying (from bottom to top) that CF has a max of
511MB available to it, that it's taken all that memory from the OS
into it's own reserver, and that of the 511MB, 402 of it isn't
actually being used, it's just waiting for something to need it.  In
other words CF is grabbing WAY more memory than it needs so that it
doesn't have to go back to the OS when a real need arises, but at any
given time, it's only using ~25% of what it grabbed.

Chances are very slim they have less than 1GB of ram in the box, if CF
has 512MB dedicated exclusively to it.  If the server is running both
CF and database services, then it's probably got more than that.
