What user is Apache running as vs. what user is ColdFusion running as?
Apache needs to access the web connector, and if you don't have the
permissions set correctly, you'll get this error. Is this Windows or
*nix? In our setup, we have Apache running as "apache" and JRun/CF
running as "jrun", so the permissions on the wsconfig folders needs to
be adjusted accordingly.
