I do this as well. Actually I do it both ways... sometimes I script out all
the tables and constraints, etc... and sometimes I generate the scripts in
enterprise manager in order to printout for reference or to even come up
with custom scripts; i.e. to drop certain constraints to load/reload tables,
etc.
