After playing around with it for an hour or so I would agree. It is nice.. not as cumbersome as I first thought. Getting the commands into the navigator pane would be a nice addition... right click context menus on the files would be a definite plus. Right not it is not so bad though... the files appear in the "outgoing" pane so you know what needs to go... not too bad at all.
