Yes, FTP Voyager has a Scheduler that I use all over the place. I
have one client who has zillions of PDF's that need to be available
for their customers to look in on (an insurance company, so we're
talking policy documents like insurance ID cards, for example).
Existing customers need files revised, former customers need their
records removed from the server and new ones need them added.

I have set up their in-house service system to deposit/remove the
necessary files in a certain file structure that is mirrored on their
server. Then FTPV does a scheduled synch daily. You can also set it
up so it will not delete files, will just do scheduled copies etc.
They have a 30-day trial.

Once its in its totally brainless.

I use it in the other direction to make backups of my servers' web
trees Have it synch each folder in the tree and allow deletions, so
my locals always mirror the live stuff. Have to do that as my stuff
is cms-driven so my customers do uploads and changes without my
knowledge.

FTPV and ServU are both marketed by the same company. If you use the
two in tandem then they claim to offer some extra compression you'll
only get with the two working together. The logs say its happening
but I've never looked too closely to see if its a significant benefit.
