Eclipse has a subversion plugin, though if you're not using Eclipse, that's more pain than its worth, most likely. The SmartCVS guys (purveyors of the best CVS gui, IMHO) are coming out with a SmartSVN for Subversion. First beta is due out within a week or two from what they've said. It's all Java, so it runs anywhere, which is nice for me, because I use Windows (work) and OSX (home) and using the same tool on both is quite pleasant.
