Well, none of the UML tools support CFC generation or reverse engineering yet. I use Together. I've also tried Poseidon / ArgoUML and I occasionally use the UML template in Omnigraffle (which is sort of the Mac equivalent of Visio - except it's free and it generates standard file formats a lot more cleanly!).
