its basically saying its going to use the
template file (intershipper.cfm) you have in
C:\CFUSION\CustomTags\Ship
INSTEAD of the one you have in
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\shopping_cart\constructors\
You obviously have intershipper.cfm located in BOTH places.
