errr... i find that hard to believe, given the number of colorful emails
in my inbox. Outlook does (depending on security settings) block access
to embedded images and some kinds of attachments (.js, .exe, .whatever)
but html is most usually allowed. What it won't do (any more) is execute
any kind of script (js, vbs, etc) unless you haven't updated your
windows in a loooong time.

We send html forms via email for internal use and, although it has been
a bit of "playing tag" with the security department it does work. The
trick is to keep it as simple as possible (get works better than post,
use regular html inputs, etc.) and tell people to open the mail in it's
own window before pushing the button (don't know why that changes
anything).
