thank dave, ray, and charlie... here is what ive found...

valueList(), like ray said, doesnt evaluate in betwixt its ()'s

so ive done a convoluted version... where i cfset the value first,
then throw that valu into a self created list, basically just getting
around the valueList() function all together.
