We use HTTPZip from Port 80 Software on our CFMX/IIS5 servers and it works
wonders.  IIS6 has compression built in, but you have to tweak the metabase
XML to enable it.  Port 80 software also has a tool called ZipEnable (I
think) that will help configure compression in IIS6.
