If you install Flex and CFMX in separate instances or in separate
context roots within a single instance, there are no issues. If you
want to install Flex and CFMX in the same context root, then you need
to merge the web.xml files. I don't believe the process has changed
much between 6.1 and 7.0.

I find it's easier to have separate instances for each but I also have
them in a single instance (and separate context roots).
