I've found that any software will not work well for me as I have to actually
use it. For this reason I'm talking to someone in order to make them a
'project management consultant'. Someone to call the programmers who he's
handling, ask them their status, get updates, communicate with clients, help
price out (and present) the project to a client and the like. Such a person
should get 15%-20% of the project fee because he's actually making the
project happen. Still up in the air, but I think that there are many here
who would gladly pay for such a service. (and no, I'm not planning to do
management)
