Or they tell you it's not actually a bug. It's the way it should work because of some obscure assumption in the underlying implementation. Now, go fork off. :) We had an experience like this with RedHat tech support regarding SATA RAID on RHEL 3. Needless to say, we're no longer running it (Linux) anywhere as a Web server.
