And if you give us a couple of years, I'm sure more and more Americans
will agree. The younger market is already clamoring to get there--and
when you look in the European markets and see devices that focus solely on
gaming, etc. that are all accessible through the phones, you'll see a
glimpse of the wave of change that's coming. Hell, look at the Floogle
app (Flash Google SMS) and see for yourself how that overlay can really
help people extend basic functionality as it exists in other apps... But
hey, I'm just saying (and I work for a phone manufacturer in Interaction
Design, to give a little more of my own background).

Back to the forms, however... Once they do start to appear or they become
more integrated with someone's needs or they get recognized as a way to
take a Flash app and integrate it with ColdFusion Forms <gasp> as a
quicker way to develop and deal with data, maybe we'll see some more
action. It's been said: Hell, the tool's only been out for a week. Give
it some breathing time. Wait for Flash 8 to see what they're plans are,
etc.

Even so, there'd still be some challenges in getting it onto devices.
It's not as simple as slap-it-on-and-go, unfortunately. Plus, it's an
outside app, so everyone's a bit nervous and wants to test and understand
impact and implications. Just saying.
