I don't think anyone doesn't see the benefits. It's just that there are some usability issues keeping a lot of from using them. If the loading issue, memory issues (lot of info in dropdown), and loading icon changes to be static, I'll use them right away. I like them, but their too slow. When they load quick, I'll use them.
