Matt Woodward has done some solid CF-OO stuff (http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/110), Hal has some articles on it as well (http://halhelms.com/). I'm doing a NYCFUG next week on OO and CF (http://nycfug.org). Read it all, look at the differences between each persons approach and listen to the arguments for and against each technique used.
