No, actually it was just the last one I read before replying to the thread.
I should have deleted your message in the reply -- sorry for the
misunderstanding.

I was referring to back end companies like payment processors and acquiring
banks (sometimes two or three different companies are actually the same firm
through acquisition, etc).  Among other things, we sell merchant accounts
that combine the payment processor, gateway, and acquiring bank services as
a package (though they still operate separately as I had mentioned).

Sometimes I suggest that people call me when I'm really under the gun and a
quick conversation would serve better than a long bout of typing.  That's
all -- I'm not the world's biggest expert, but I have some good insight
since I'm a reseller.  I didn't mean anything by it, Ben.

I didn't know this was asked in the previous threads -- perhaps I missed it.

Since the acquiring banks are US-based, I think there might be some issues
with foreign destination accounts depending upon the country.  I believe
these are handled on a case-by-case basis with the risk analysis department
of the acquiring bank.
