To be frank, I can't program in any of those languages.
DTS could possibly work, but I think that it would take some pretty fancy 
Transact SQL to take the big flat files that we get and perform all the 
appropriate Inserts/Updates into the 10 to 20 normalized tables that the data 
relates to. Which is why I wrote it in CF, cause I know how to massage data in 
CF.
