Yeah, their docs are misleading. You just need CFCONTENT in there. And more important than XML generation, the meta tag forces browsers to use quirks mode, because you can't supply a valid doctype for documents. Hopefully this will get fixed, as it pretty much makes the DevNet edition worthless.
