As far as I know it's not supposed to require any extra work on your
part. You may (or may not) be having a problem with your browser
caching the Flash movie which displays the form.

The other caveat here is that if you include a lot of conditional
logic in a Flash form, the conditional logic will slow delivery of the
page considerably because the server will be recreating the Flash
movie on each request.
