Ok, This might be a long shot... After some research, I found that at the same time that these errors started appearing, the hard drive on my backup server had filled up. At that time, the backup server was copying files from the webroot of the server that received the MIB errors.
I'm not sure WHY that would happen, as there was nothing wrong with the primary server, but... it seems to correspond to the MIB events almost to the minute. So far, I haven't seen the errors again...
