Rather than copying files from your workstation to three clustered servers via Dreamweaver, you might copy files to one server which would then synchronize its filesystem with the other cluster members. You might look at rsync or robocopy for this. Ideally, though, you wouldn't want to edit production files directly from within Dreamweaver, either.
