Ollie was working on this and I have done something similar with the fusebox plugin (set as project root)
You can see an example of this in the Package view, if you right click on a folder you get options such as: * Add to custom tag path * Add to CFC path * Make a normal folder * Make webserver root folder Now, I dont think these functions ACTUALLY do anything apart from decorating the folder nicely. If there is a feature request for this in the tracker I shall have a look at implementing this as I *dumbly* have some experience in the path madness.
