Obvously again YMMV. But in my experience they're significantly easier
than using DTS. And the original request was for the easiest way. :)

I always use detach and attach and have not had any problems other than
making a DB unavailable for a few moments.

You will also need to reconnect any database users that were created in
SQL Server.  This doesn't apply for any domain account users, however.
