Since IIS has its own SMTP Server, this would be under
c:\inetpub\mailroot\pickup if I remember correctly.  The IIS SMTP service
would need to be installed on the server, however.  I prefer to write the
message files directly there to bypass the ColdFusion spool, but as someone
else suggested you can also configure ColdFusion to use that as the outgoing
SMTP server for all e-mail it generates as well.
