Hmm, I would assume it would be smart enough to leave those alone... But, if it were me, I would copy them to a safe place, do the uninstall and if necessary, copy the CFIDE folder back. Actually, you might want to take a close look as you should have two CF administrators and I wonder where the second one truly is.
