So far, the most I need to worry about Java is as it relates to some of the
server / CFAdmin settings.

The good new here is...I'm the boss...  :o)

And...thankfully, I've never had to call MM for any kind of support,
mostly because of this great list.

What I am concerned about is upgrading to a product with Java
at its base, with no knowledge of Java...and if I do run into problems
they would be significantly more difficult for me to handle.  I base that
on watching how the conversations on CF-Talk have evolved over the last
several years with the version changes.

The discussions and problems have gotten increasingly higher above
my head than I can deal with...so, I might be one of those, "I'll move
off 4.5.2 when I'm forced to for business' sake, or when someone from the
CF-Talk list comes over and pries my cold, dead fingers from it!"  ;o)
