I just found this out - its seems that IE6 sp2 - if there is a cookie attached to a file and the file is from another server, it seems that the file wont load. I had some js libs on a different server and when I hit the page is IE6 got the little <o> down in the status bar. When I clicked on it it showed all my js files and "Blocked" right next to it. As if the .js files were cookies or something. Anyway, could be related.
