I'll add my voice to those expressing concern over using a shared
server for Federally-regulated information storage and retrieval. It's
a dangerous game. If they want to do this, and since they must abide
by the rules, I'll hope for your sake that HIPPA rules have language
to cover this situation... it would make your life a lot easier.

But, since it's Federal, it's probably not that well-done. ;)

You really do need to consult someone well-educated on a legal basis
in HIPPA information management. Best of luck!

(PS - I'd go for a dedicated, leased server, if nothing else... and a
real, dedicated SSL cert. then you'll know who can and who can't get
at your information.)
