Yes, it's possible. If you run BlueDragon Server on its built-in web server then it's trivial and there won't be any conflicts (the BlueDragon built-in web server runs on port 8080 by default).
If you want to install a web server adapter (to IIS, for example) for both CF5 and BlueDragon at the same time, then things get a little trickier. Charlie Arehart did a write-up on this that I can't seem to find off-hand (maybe it was published in CFDJ?). If you send him an email directly ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), I'm sure he can point you to it.
