Is there information on how an Application.cfm file behaves with virtual directories? If one has a IIS virtual directory "bar" defined for a website "foo", then it is accessed something like this "http://foo/bar/myTemplate.cfm";. Should or should not an Application.cfm in the root directory of "foo" be used by myTemplate.cfm.
