It's pretty simple to make a tag that will write CFCHART data to a shared location (use the 'name' attribute, and then a CFFILE), and then make a script that will CFCONTENT the charts out of that location, just like the /CFIDE/GraphData.cfm servlet that CF uses internally. We've used this with great success on our cluster.
