You'll also have to make sure your web server is delegating those
requests to CF. For example, on Apache, the JRun connector installs
this mapping:
AddHandler jrun-handler .jsp .jws .cfm .cfml .cfc
which takes files of those extentions and passes them of to JRun. So
you'd have to add ".foo" to that list if you wanted Sean's web.xml mod
to work. I assume IIS has a similar thing to set up, but I have no
idea what it would be. Also make sure that something else isn't also
trying to steal the given files. I.e. if I wanted to map .pl to CFMX,
I'd need to ensure that Perl wasn't also trying to process those
files, or there would likely be issues.
