I've seen this before... unfortunately I can't remember the circumstance, but IIRC it had something to do with the drivers being used to connect to SQL Server -- are both CF Servers using the same drivers? And if so are you certain they are both configured identically? If so then check your MDAC versions on both machines... I remember that when I saw it before (CF 4.5.1 or more likely 5) the drivers being used were OLEDB drivers (Oh! The nightmares! Make it stop! Make it stop!) ... In my experience the OLEDB drivers we used would work fine for a long time and then suddenly and inexplicably randomly change behavior ... One day you're using stored procedures and the next day they're all failing. Of course, we used them to avoid "leakiness" in ODBC which I'd never heard of or had any problems with. s. isaac dealey 954.522.6080 new epoch : isn't it time for a change? add features without fixtures with the onTap open source framework http://macromedia.breezecentral.com/p49777853/ http://www.sys-con.com/story/?storyid=48229&DE=1 http://www.sys-con.com/story/?storyid=44477&DE=1 http://www.sys-con.com/story/?storyid=45569&DE=1 http://www.sys-con.com/story/?storyid=48229&DE=1 http://www.fusiontap.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Logware (www.logware.us): a new and convenient web-based time tracking application.
