Yeah yeah I know...as for profonity, its just my form of expression call me vulgar but I think of it as more me being lazy and not finding other creative ways of putting my point across in a less vulgar but still as offensive manner. If you truewly beleive your clients are so inept at using the computer offer up a simple tutorial on how to zip files together, that hwo we handled cookie issues and the results were quite good.
