Having worked with a couple of Breeze implementations now, I would have to disagree with this. I don't use the MM forums for support, but the forums are not and should not be the primary means of support for a purchased product anyway. > And what I heard from persons having insight information > about Breeze, the product is priced so high because they > can't afford to provide service to small companies, they > simply do not have the resources for it. I would also take issue with the product being priced so high. The web conferencing market is pretty cutthroat right now, and buying web conferencing tends to involve lots of haggling apparently. It's worth pointing out that many people who purchase Breeze get more than just the web conferencing bit, and that the Breeze Live and Breeze Presentation/Training parts integrate pretty nicely. For example, you can upload content into Breeze Presentation, then bring that into a live meeting if you happen to want it. > Then my main point was that you need to make a participant a > presenter, in order the let them speak or use a webcam. A presenter simply has to enable that option for some or all participants. This can be done by a presenter before a meeting is opened to participants. However, this can cause its own problems, so generally I'd recommend handling two-way audio communications outside of Breeze if possible. You can get some nasty feedback effects if you're not careful. > Then we have the collaboration part, we were unable to really > collaborate. Only the presenter was able to make drawings, > which is pretty useless if you want the other party to draw > on the business process schemes you just showed them. This isn't correct either. I just had ten people do this simultaneously within a single meeting room yesterday during class. I was the only presenter at the time.
