I can see why you'd be confused. Things can get pretty complicated, and
there's a bit of overlap between these products' functionality. For
interactive training, you might use Breeze or Authorware (or both, for that
matter). If you have an existing LMS, you can integrate it with either
Breeze or Authorware. There are lots of people using Authorware to build
training materials, so you might find it easier to find people to help you
with that too. You can use Captivate in conjunction with Breeze, too - since
Captivate exports SWFs, you can easily include them within a Breeze
presentation or course.

If you want to track training results, the Breeze Training module does this
nicely, although not as well as an external LMS.
