That is my problem. I don't know?

Using CF 6.1

<cfset ToEmail = "Nick Baker <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>">

<cfmail to= "#ToEmail#"

Results in
<cfmail to="Nick Baker "

6.1 is interpreting "<" and ">" as part of a tag rather than text. I 
thought an escape
character would tell these are text in this case. But, I can't find an 
escape character that
works?
