Has anyone else experienced this with DreamweaverMX2004 v7.0.1?

I was building a simple 'brochureware' site for a client who wanted it
hosted on his space, and had no ColdFusion to call on. So instead of
using cfincludes for common elements like footer, header, menu bar
etc, I used Dreamweaver's library function.

The way it's supposed to work is you insert the library element into
your pages, and whenever you change the contents of the library
element, it'll change it automatically in all the pages that use that
element.

So .. I had the site finished, and the client wanted to change a word
in the header, so I opened the library, changed the word, saved the
library element, and it asked if i wanted to update the other pages.
I selected them and updated. Bingo. Great, or so I thought.

Only dreamweaver had added </body></html> to the end of the library
element, which is only a header, then when it updated all the pages,
it deleted everything after the first </html>. All the pages
contained the header info, down to the first <body> element, then
closed the body and end html tag. All the rest of the content was
gone. Just before I uploaded to the site. GRRR!!!!!! I had to do
the site again.

This is surely not a designed feature, so has anyone else found this
bug? or has my installation become corrupted?
