As a rule, on any new project I begin with a style sheet which makes
some sensible adjustments to the freakishly stupid default display
decisions made with early versions of HTML (and as such, still the
defaults). Most notably no margins on forms and no borders on images.
form { margin: 0px; }
img { border: 0px; }
There are a few others ... no underlined links is less important, but
I think a good style decision.
